  • 4 weeks
  • 12 x 45 minute sessions (including Induction and Weigh-In)
  • Combination of STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY & CARDIO exercises
  • Full body workout
  • Detailed body analysis at the start and finish.
  • BMI, metabolic age, body muscle:fat ratio, height, weight….
  • Suitable for all regardless of age, size or ability.

Session times

  • Mondays 7:00-8:00pm
  • Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm
  • Fridays 6:00-7:00pm
