Bookings and Cancellations

Courses –
Payment is required to secure any booking – we have a no refund policy.
If you book on to a course of classes, your place is confirmed in that particular class for the 4 week duration. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend any of the sessions and we will try our best to accommodate you in an alternative class – this is subject to availability. Sessions cannot be carried over.

Membership –
Being a member does give you the flexibility to attend as many classes as you wish, subject to booking and availability. You must book on to the sessions you wish to attend on a weekly basis, failure to book will mean you will not be guaranteed a place on the class and you may be turned away if the class is fully booked. If you are booked on to a class and can no longer attend, please make sure you give 24 hours notice so the space can be re-filled. Late cancellations and no shows will be monitored and may be incur a penalty.

Private lessons –
£10 non refundable deposit is required on booking. 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or amend a private lesson booking. If less then 24 hours notice then you will be charged the full rate of your lesson.

Block bookings of private lessons have to be used within 3 month of purchase date. Any not used within this time frame will be lost. The same cancellation policy as individually booked privates applies to block bookings. If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or amend then the lesson will be deducted from the number of lessons remaining.

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on all bookings – courses, private lessons and membership.
