What is Aerial Hoop…
The aerial hoop is a circular steel hoop suspended from the ceiling and offers a fantastic and fun hobby which also burns calories, tones and helps to build up strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners of all ages, you don’t need to be super fit or flexible and it’s never too late to start.
Halo’s Aerial Hoop Instructor Amanda Brown started pole fitness in February 2011 at the age of 35 and in 2012 found her new passion for aerial hoop when she discovered her pole studio in Warrington offered classes. She can’t emphasise enough how age shouldn’t stop anyone from starting this fantastic and fun hobby. She said “I was worried I’d be too old, unfit or un-flexible, but a few years down the line I can now nearly do the splits, my body has never looked so good and I have never felt so good, happy and full of energy!”
All group classes are structured to your ability so that you are working with students at the same level. Lesson plans are carefully structured to cater for your own needs and we have a maximum of three students per hoop so that you get plenty of individual hoop time in each hours class.
For those of you who already participate in activities such as pole fitness, you will find your progression increases as you build up new strength and stamina!
Your lesson plans will structure through mastering the basic beginner moves at your own time-scale and ability until you build up confidence and experience… and before you know it you will be able to show your friends and family amazing videos of your achievement!
Private lessons are also available if you want to try our aerial hoop on your own or with a friend before joining in a class.
We pride ourselves in how friendly and welcoming our classes are. We have a lovely group of students and you are guaranteed to feel at home from the moment walk through the door.
